Kindness At Home Challenge

Daily Challenges

Share 1 thing you are grateful for each day. Talk about 2 good things that happen each day. Make your bed each day without being asked. Give a compliment every day.

Kindness Challenges

Ask, Is there anything I can help with? Put your washing away. Tidy your room without being asked.
Help with the dishes. Play a board game or card game together. Help hang out the washing.
Help your brother or sister tidy their room without being asked. Write a positive note (shout out) for someone in your family. Help cook a meal or a treat (cakes, cookies etc).
